I have to make a confession that might come as a bit of a shock to you...
I've fallen in love!
I want to shout it from the rooftops! I want to tell everyone because I'm really head over heels this time!
I'd be lost if I was all alone and I don't know if I could go on...
I've finally found someone who truly takes my breath away, and I'm not sure how to tell my wife
She thinks I do all this by myself, but I don't...
I've got a secret that not many people know about.
It's not what you're thinking... I'm a faithful man, but I've got to tip my hat to the people that really make my world go 'round.
They're the backbone of my company!
I've tried to tell my wife, but any time I mention our business her eyes glaze over and I can tell she's begun to daydream about shoe shopping, while I talk about how wildly successful we are!
I don't think she knows that I'm NOT the reason she can get away with all that excessive spending...
We owe our success to someone else.
Someone very special!
Someone who puts up with my crap and never complains, and who is always trying to go above and beyond, no matter how ridiculous my requests are!
Of course I'm not talking about another woman with whom I'm having a secret love affair...
No.
I'm talking about my Virtual Assistants!
They are really the one's who keep the wheels on our business, and I want to confess my undying love for my VAs!
I'm not sure when I first fell in love with my Virtual Assistants, but I know I've never felt so strongly about someone (other than my wife of course!)
Maybe it was love at first sight.
Maybe I fell in love when I was spending so much time with them teaching them all the ins-and-outs of my business (that's when things really started to get steamy!)
Or maybe it was when they showed me how dedicated they are to me and everything I ask of them.
Whatever the case, they hold a special place in my heart!
I know a few other insurance agents who are stuck in "bad relationships", and they seem stressed out and depressed every time I see them.
By "bad relationships" I mean they have employees.
They're not happy...
On the other hand, I have an amazing relationship with my VAs and things are going great!
Sometimes I feel lonely at the office and I check in on them just so I can know they are there taking care of me.
They're all the way in the Philippines and I admit we do have some cultural differences, but it's never been an issue.
They are some of the most polite people I've ever met and any cultural differences that we do have are nothing but positive!
My VAs work hard and they always deliver what I need no matter how challenging the task! They can handle whatever I throw at them and they'll do whatever it takes to make sure they get everything done.
It's easy to see why I'm so madly in love!
I don't mean to make you jealous, I just can't help but gush! I know what it's like to have the headache of being a one man army.
Each Virtual Assistant is like a knight in shining armor, and I have a special place in my heart for each and every one of them!
I'm not sure what kind of relationship you're in right now. Maybe you really like being alone, or you love your employees and they're worth all the extra money you're throwing at them.
Maybe you're one of those folks who loves to complain and you'd be lost without an employee who is constantly dragging their feet and slowing things down.
Or maybe you need all that time away from your family because they drive you nuts and you just want some alone time so you don't have any help at all!
I don't know...
... but I do know one thing!
I've never been more in love with my VA family, and that love (and my business) grows every single day because of what they're willing to do for me!
I couldn't be more happy and I've never felt more free!
There is so much that I get to take credit for, and people often see me as some kind of super hero who can get 1,000 things done in a day and still have time and energy to spare.
I admit it's fun getting all the credit but I'd be lying if I said it were true. I owe most of the credit (if not all of it) to my amazing team of Virtual Assistants!
